Kōtare Group Limited, in partnership with Complete Learning Solutions, successfully delivered a comprehensive Shallow Water Rebreather (SWR) Learning Design for the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF). This project focused on updating and enhancing training materials to align with NZDF’s operational requirements and the Defence Manual of Learning (DMoL) standards.
Leveraging extensive experience in defence training and capability development, our team redefined learning outcomes, assessment methods, and instructional objectives to integrate new capabilities associated with the MCM100 acquisition. The syllabus was expertly designed and implemented in the NZDF's Syllabus of Learning Online (SOLO) system.
Our lead consultant, supported by a team of highly qualified professionals with deep knowledge of NZDF’s diving and training frameworks, ensured that deliverables were completed ahead of schedule. This proactive approach allowed ample time for stakeholder review and quality assurance, ensuring the training solution met NZDF's high standards for operational readiness.
